Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Private Chef. The role is located in Doha, Qatar. The Private Chef will be responsible for preparing and cooking meals according to the preferences and dietary requirements of clients. Daily tasks include menu planning, grocery shopping, ensuring food safety and hygiene, maintaining a clean and organized kitchen, and occasionally serving meals. The Private Chef will also be responsible for staying up-to-date with culinary trends and continuously improving their skills.

Qualifications

  • Culinary skills: Experience in various cooking techniques, recipe development, and food presentation.
  • Menu planning and grocery shopping: Ability to create diverse and nutritious menus, and efficiently shop for high-quality ingredients.
  • Food safety and hygiene: Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices for maintaining a clean and sanitary kitchen.
  • Adaptability and creativity: Ability to adapt to clients' dietary restrictions and preferences, and creatively present dishes.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Culinary diploma or equivalent certification.
  • Previous experience as a Private Chef or in a similar role is a plus.
