Our client, a leading international car rental company known for its exceptional customer service and extensive global presence, is now looking for a Data Entry Operator for a 6-month contract (extendable) based in St-19, Industrial Area, Qatar.

Job Title: Data Entry Operator

Location: St-19, Industrial Area, Qatar

Job Type: Contract – 6 months (extendable)

Working Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (1-hour break)

Work Days: Saturday to Thursday (Saturday half day)

Salary: QAR 4,000 (all-inclusive)

Role Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Operator to accurately input and manage data within our systems. The ideal candidate should be proficient in Tagalog and English, both spoken and written, and capable of maintaining a high level of accuracy and confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Enter and update data in databases and spreadsheets accurately.
  • Verify information and correct errors to ensure data integrity.
  • Maintain organized digital and physical records.
  • Assist in generating reports and supporting management as needed.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet deadlines.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in data entry or administrative roles.
  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Proficiency in Tagalog and English (spoken and written).
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • QID is mandatory.
