We are looking for a highly experienced and skilled Data Entry & Archiving Officer (Arabic nationality) to join the company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing data entry tasks, organizing and maintaining the digital and physical archive, and ensuring accurate and confidential handling of all documents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform accurate and fast data entry for various documents and records.
  • Organize, update, and maintain both physical and electronic filing systems.
  • Ensure proper document control and confidentiality at all times.
  • Retrieve and provide documents promptly when requested by management.
  • Support the team with administrative and clerical tasks.
  • Maintain data accuracy and ensure compliance with company procedures.

Requirements:

  • Arabic nationality is mandatory.
  • Proven experience in data entry, archiving, or administrative roles.
  • Excellent typing speed and attention to detail.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Ability to work under pressure and maintain confidentiality.
