Role Overview:

We are seeking a
Senior Manager
to join the CEO Office, driving strategy, data analysis, and business insights in the tourism, events, and hospitality sector. The role focuses on providing actionable insights, supporting strategic decision-making, and leading cross-functional projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and monitor strategic initiatives in line with organizational goals.
  • Conduct data analysis, generate insights, and prepare reports for senior leadership.
  • Lead projects, track KPIs, and identify opportunities for process improvement.
  • Support forecasting, scenario analysis, and trend evaluation.

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree with
    7+ years
    , or Bachelor's with
    9+ years
    relevant experience.
  • Strong analytical, strategy, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience with BI tools (Excel, Tableau, Power BI) and data-driven decision-making.
  • Background in tourism, events, or hospitality preferred.
