Female Receptionist cum Secretary

We are seeking a Female Receptionist cum Secretary to join our team. The ideal candidate should be professional, well-presented, and able to manage front-office and administrative responsibilities efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle reception duties including answering calls and welcoming visitors
- Manage daily administrative and clerical tasks
- Maintain office records and documents
- Schedule meetings and assist management with coordination
- Handle emails, correspondence, and filing
- Support daily office operations
Requirements:
- Minimum 1–2 years experience in receptionist/secretary role
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Fluent in English (Arabic is an advantage)
- Presentable, well-organized, and able to multitask
