Sail Point Techno/ Functional Services

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement identity and access management using Sail Point IIQ.
  • Gather business requirements, understand and translate into technical requirements and provide solutions on business process.
  • Analyze, design, and implement integrated customized solutions that meet approved functional requirements and specifications.
  • Perform administration tasks like installation, upgrade, integration, cloning, backup and recovery, and deployment of Sail Point IIQ.
  • Monitor, tune, and troubleshooting of Sail Point IIQ.
  • Create custom connector using java programming skills and IIQ API {prefer to Java certification).
  • Create and maintain workflows, connector deployment, rule development, forms, certifications, and Roles.
  • Create multiple connector types and integrations.
  • Install and configure various standard systems using standard connectors or develop custom connectors.
  • Configure Webservice, PAM Connector, and Integration with Azure AD.
  • Integrate with databases (Oracle, MSSQL, MySQL, PostGresSQL etc).
  • Integrate with directories (LDAP, Active Directory, JDBC).
  • Integrate with application servers (IIS, Web Logic, Tomcat Apache).
  • Integrate SailPoint IIQ with Active Directory, Azure AD, Ellucian Banner, Blackboard, Oracle ERP, SharePoint, Drupal, Digital Measure (Watermark), Evision Argos, Oracle Business Intelligence and other applications.
  • Configure SSL certificate creation deployment.
  • Design security policies in SSO for protecting application portals.
  • Implement Single-Sign-On (SSO) with Azure AD and other SSO providers.
  • Optimize SSO threads and connections to improve response time.
  • Performance optimization of the IAM solution, security header implementation, application proxy configuration, testing network connectivity and follow up with network team to open necessary firewalls for integrating new applications.
  • Coordinating with network, database, system, and functional test teams.
  • Design documents and test case development.
  • Evaluate the results of the integration in the form of delivered reports.
  • Train the team on new application features.
  • Perform knowledge sharing meetings with team members with proper documentation.
  • Perform technical training to staff (this includes all configuration setup necessary to function required business process) along with end-user/technical guide.
  • Create vendor support ticket for any issues or requirements that need support.
  • Create incident support ticket and change request for CAB approval along with the solution document.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Competencies

  • Bachelor's degree in an IT related field
  • Minimum 7+ of related experience with applicable certifications.
  • Sail Point IIQ experience is a must.
  • Bilingual proficiency (Arabic and English) in reading and writing is preferred.
