Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Deputy Manager Marketing based in Doha, Qatar. The Deputy Manager Marketing will be responsible for overseeing and executing marketing campaigns, managing brand strategy, and coordinating with cross-functional teams. Responsibilities include market research, creating marketing plans, monitoring industry trends, and evaluating the effectiveness of campaigns. The role also involves collaborating with sales teams to align marketing efforts and drive business growth.

Qualifications

  • Marketing and Branding: Strong expertise in marketing strategy, campaign management, and brand development
  • Research and Analytical Skills: Experience in market research, data analysis, and evaluating marketing campaign performance
  • Communication and Creativity: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, creative thinking, and content creation abilities
  • Project Management: Proven ability to manage multiple projects, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and meet deadlines
  • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the cables or manufacturing industry will be an advantage
  • Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master's degree or professional certifications in marketing will be a plus
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in digital marketing tools, analytics platforms, and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Organizational and Leadership Skills: Strong ability to lead teams, organize campaigns, and make data-driven decisions
