Junior Marketing Specialist & AI Strategist

We are looking for a data-driven, tech-forward Junior Marketing Specialist to join our growth team. This isn't your typical "entry-level" role; we are looking for a "marketing engineer" who thrives at the intersection of paid media, automation, and the evolving world of AI.

The ideal candidate knows how to launch a Google Ad campaign but is also obsessed with how LLMs (Large Language Models) are changing search behavior. You should be comfortable building automated workflows that connect our tech stack and be eager to experiment with AI to scale our creative and analytical output.

Core Responsibilities

  • Paid Media Execution: Build, monitor, and optimize performance campaigns across Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads to hit CPA/ROAS targets.
  • Mobile Growth & Attribution: Use AppsFlyer for deep-linking and attribution tracking; manage lifecycle marketing and push notifications via MoEngage.
  • Next-Gen SEO: Execute traditional SEO best practices while pioneering LLM Optimization (GEO) to ensure our brand remains visible in AI-generated search results (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini).
  • Automation & Workflows: Set up and maintain seamless marketing workflows (using tools like Zapier, Make, or internal APIs) to automate lead routing and reporting.
  • AI Implementation: Act as the team's "AI Enthusiast"—leveraging tools for content generation, sentiment analysis, and predictive modeling to increase efficiency.

Paid Channels - Hands-on experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads (Search/Performance Max).

MarTech Stack - Proficiency in MoEngage (User Journeys) and AppsFlyer (Attribution).

SEO & AI - Knowledge of technical SEO and a strong interest in Generative Engine Optimization.

Operational Logic - Ability to map out "If-This-Then-That" workflows and data flows.
