Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a CCTV Pre-Sales Engineer located in Doha. The CCTV Pre-Sales Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support and expertise during the pre-sales process, understanding customer requirements, and offering tailored security solutions. Daily tasks include developing project proposals, conducting site surveys, preparing technical presentations, and collaborating with sales and technical teams to ensure the successful implementation of security systems. Additionally, the engineer will stay updated on the latest industry trends and technologies.

Qualifications

  • Technical skills in CCTV systems, security surveillance, and integrated security solutions
  • Experience in conducting site surveys, system design, and preparing technical drawings and proposals
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with customer interaction experience
  • Project management and collaboration skills
  • Knowledge of ELV systems, IT-ICT systems, and life safety systems is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, IT, or related field
  • Certifications in MOI-SSD and international VMS brands (Milestone, Genetec, Pelco, ISS, etc) preferred
