Job Description: RSA Archer Developer / Administrator

Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced RSA Archer Developer/Administrator to manage, support, and enhance our RSA Archer GRC platform. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, hands-on development skills, and solid experience in administering RSA Archer in an enterprise environment.

Key Responsibilities

Platform Administration

  • Handle day-to-day technical administration of the RSA Archer platform.
  • Manage user accounts, roles, access control, data feeds, workflows, reports, and system configurations.
  • Perform system monitoring, maintenance, and troubleshooting activities.

Development & Configuration

  • Design, configure, and customize Archer applications including questionnaires, workflows, data-driven events, data imports, and reports.
  • Provide development support based on business and technical requirements.
  • Build and manage manual and automated data feeds.

Issue Resolution & Testing

  • Own technical issues, problem resolution, and request management end-to-end.
  • Execute and document test cases for system enhancements or changes.
  • Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and ensure proper deployment into production environments.
  • Provide timely support for Production issues and system outages.

Upgrades & Deployment

  • Participate in and support RSA Archer version upgrades.
  • Install, test, and deploy new Archer applications or modules.
  • Coordinate with service management, infrastructure, and security teams for system upgrades, patches, and maintenance.

User Support & Training

  • Conduct in-person and virtual training sessions for end-users when required.
  • Create documentation, user guides, and training materials.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

Qualifications & Skills

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience
    with RSA Archer development and administration.
  • RSA Archer Administrator Certification
    is mandatory.
  • Strong experience with databases and managing multiple data feeds.
  • Experience integrating RSA Archer with other enterprise management tools.
  • Strong understanding of security, audit, risk management, and GRC methodologies.
  • Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage end-to-end tasks efficiently.
  • Experience working in an enterprise environment with cross-functional teams.
