We are urgently seeking a proactive and experienced Property Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day operations, maintenance, and tenant relations of our residential and commercial properties. The ideal candidate will ensure the properties are well-maintained, tenants' needs are met promptly, and operations comply with company policies and local regulations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise property operations, including maintenance, cleaning, and security teams.
  • Conduct regular inspections to ensure all facilities are in excellent condition.
  • Coordinate repairs, preventive maintenance, and service contracts with vendors.
  • Manage tenant relations — handle inquiries, complaints, and requests efficiently.
  • Monitor lease agreements, rent collections, renewals, and terminations.
  • Prepare property reports, maintenance schedules, and cost estimates.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and municipal requirements.
  • Support management in budgeting, cost control, and improvement planning.
