Job Description

The Mall Operations Supervisor is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the mall, ensuring a safe, clean, and enjoyable environment for both tenants and customers. This role oversees various aspects of mall management, including security, maintenance, cleaning, and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Security:
  • Coordinate with the security team to ensure the safety and security of the mall property, tenants, and customers.
  • Implement and enforce security protocols and procedures.
  • Respond to security incidents and emergencies.
  • Maintenance:
  • Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of the mall property, including common areas, restrooms, and parking lots.
  • Coordinate with contractors and vendors for repairs and maintenance.
  • Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations.
  • Cleaning:
  • Supervise the cleaning staff and ensure that the mall is clean and tidy at all times.
  • Develop and implement cleaning schedules and standards.
  • Monitor cleaning supplies and equipment.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in mall operations or a related field.
  • Strong leadership and management skills.
