HSE Officer

 Location: Qatar

 Contract: Full-Time

 Experience: 3–5 Years

Are you passionate about safety, teamwork, and creating secure environments for unforgettable events? We're looking for an experienced
HSE Officer
 to ensure our event operations meet the highest safety standards, from planning to execution.

Your Role:


• Develop and enforce HSE policies and standards.


• Lead site inspections, risk assessments, and safety audits.


• Identify hazards and implement preventive measures.


• Ensure compliance with Qatar Labour Law and HSE regulations.


• Investigate incidents and recommend corrective actions.


• Conduct safety inductions, toolbox talks, and staff training.


• Maintain HSE reports and documentation.


• Collaborate with project teams and contractors to promote a safety-first culture.


• Support emergency preparedness and response plans.

What You'll Need:


• Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or related field.


• 3–5 years of experience in HSE, preferably in events or hospitality.


• Strong knowledge of local safety laws and emergency protocols.


• Excellent communication and reporting skills.

Certifications (Mandatory/Preferred):

NEBOSH International General Certificate (IGC) – Mandatory

IOSH Managing Safely or OSHA Certification – Mandatory

First Aid & Fire Safety Training – Mandatory

ISO 45001:2018 Lead Auditor – Desirable
