Job Summary:

We are looking for a qualified and experienced Facility Management Engineer to oversee the operation, maintenance, and improvement of building systems and infrastructure. The ideal candidate will ensure that all facilities are running efficiently, safely, and in compliance with Qatar's regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and supervise day-to-day facility operations, maintenance, and repair activities.
  • Plan and schedule preventive and corrective maintenance of MEP systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire systems, etc.).
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and service providers for facility services.
  • Monitor energy consumption and implement cost-effective solutions to improve efficiency.
  • Prepare and maintain records of maintenance schedules, reports, and asset registers.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards.
  • Support project works related to facility upgrades, renovations, or expansions.
  • Respond promptly to emergencies and resolve issues efficiently.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in facility management or maintenance engineering (preferably in Qatar).
  • Strong technical knowledge of MEP systems and building operations.
  • Familiar with CAFM (Computer-Aided Facility Management) systems.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and team coordination skills.
  • UPDA/MMUP certification preferred.
  • Valid Qatar Driving License is an advantage.
