Located in the former Ministry of Interior building, The Ned Doha offers seven restaurants, 90 bedrooms, event venues, and Ned's Club, a private members' club that gives access to spaces including a rooftop terrace, a health club with spa, gym and 30m outdoor pool.

Job Purpose:
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Fitness Instructor who is committed to helping individuals improve their health and well-being. If you have the energy, expertise, and enthusiasm to guide members on their fitness journey, we would love to hear from you

Responsibilities:

  • Lead dynamic and engaging group fitness classes, including HIIT, CrossFit, TABATA, Strength Training, Circuit Training, as well as Yoga and Pilates sessions.
  • Conduct one-on-one personal training sessions, offering tailored guidance, motivation, and progress tracking.
  • Design and implement customized workout programs based on individual fitness levels, goals, and training preferences.
  • Demonstrate proper form, technique, and breathing methods to ensure participant safety and maximize effectiveness across all training modalities, including Yoga and Pilates.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service, building strong member relationships and fostering a welcoming, supportive, and community-driven environment.

Qualifications & Competencies:

  • High School Diploma / Diploma in Physical Fitness/ bachelor's degree in Exercise science / Sports university
  • Previous experience in a hotel luxury environment
  • Qualified Personal trainer
  • Conduct a complete consultation with the guest
  • Guide and motivate guests
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Certificates in CPR and First Aid
  • Ability to conduct a various fitness program: HIIT, CrossFit, TABATA, Strength training, Circuit Training,
  • Conducting Pilates or/and Yoga is a plus
