*Job Description:*

We are seeking an experienced Senior Chemical Engineer to lead the production and development of plastic additives, master batches and Pre-blends ,successful candidate will have a strong background in chemical engineering, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to develop new products.

*Responsibilities:*

  • Lead and manage a team of chemical engineers and technicians in the development and production of plastic additives, master batches and pre-blends and any new products .

  • Develop and introduce new products and improve existing ones to meet customer requirements and market trends

  • Conduct experiments, analyze data, and interpret results to optimize product performance and quality

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and manufacturing, to ensure product development meets business objectives

  • Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations and standards

  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance product quality

  • Communicate effectively with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders in English

*Requirements:*

  • Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or a related field

  • 15 years of experience in chemical engineering, with a focus on Petrochemical and Plastic additives master batches and product development

  • Excellent leadership and team management skills

  • Strong knowledge of chemical engineering principles, practices, and regulations

  • Proven ability to develop new products and improve existing ones

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
