We are seeking an experienced and detail -oriented SeniorAccountant to oversee general accounting operations and ensure the integrity ofaccounting information. This role involves analyzing financial information,preparing accurate and timely financial reports, and supporting in all thefinancial processes.The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of accountingprinciples, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work independentlyin a fast -paced environment.Duties & Responsibilities:Maintain, review and reconcile the General Ledger, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.Record journal entries for the accruals, prepaid expenses, depreciation and other financial transactions.Assist in the month end and year end closing process, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting.Prepare and review financial statement reports and supporting schedules for internal use and external auditsEnsure compliance with company accounting policies.Perform weekly and monthly bank reconciliations, investigating and resolving discrepancies.Monitor cash flow, ensuring proper fund allocation for operations and other payables.Conduct detailed account analysis of balance sheet and income statement accounts.Work closely with the Accounts Manager in preparing financial reports and strategic analysis​ RequirementsMasters degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related fieldMinimum 7 years of progressive experience in accounting or finance roles within a corporate environment.Experience with ERP systemsStrong analytical and problem -solving skills to interpret financial data and recommend actionable solutions.Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively convey complex information to stakeholders.Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while managing multiple priorities.Detail -oriented with a high level of accuracy, ensuring all financial reports are error -free.
