Job Title: Operations Manager – Pizza Chain

Location: Qatar

Employment Type: Full-Time (On-site)

Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee multi-branch performance, drive operational excellence, and ensure exceptional customer experience across our pizza outlets in Qatar. The ideal candidate must have strong F&B and fast-food industry experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations across multiple pizza outlets
  • Ensure adherence to brand standards, food safety, hygiene & service quality
  • Monitor sales performance, inventory, cost control, and waste management
  • Lead, train, motivate, and schedule store teams and supervisors
  • Develop and implement operational SOPs and improvement initiatives
  • Coordinate with supply chain, marketing, HR, and management teams
  • Handle customer concerns, reviews, and service recovery
  • Support expansion, new store openings, and audits
  • Maintain compliance with Qatar regulations and company policies

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality, or related field
  • 5–8 years of experience in F&B operations, with at least 3 years in fast food/quick service restaurants (QSR) — pizza chain experience preferred
  • Strong leadership, communication, and people-management skills
  • Proven ability to drive sales, efficiency, and customer satisfaction
  • Knowledge of food safety standards (HACCP/Food Handler certification preferred)
  • Proficiency in POS systems, MS Office & operational reporting
  • Valid Qatar Driving License (preferred)
