MISSION AS OPERATION MANAGER

Reporting to the Framework Manager (Deputy GM), you will oversee and manage operational activities to ensure the effective and efficient execution of projects and services. Your role involves strategic planning, coordination of resources, and implementation of operational policies to align with organizational goals and standards.

YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES AT SAUR QATAR

Develop and implement operational strategies and procedures to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of project execution and service delivery.

Manage day-to-day operations, including resource allocation, workflow coordination, and performance monitoring.

Coordinate with the Framework Manager and other departments to ensure alignment of operational activities with organizational goals.

Monitor and evaluate operational performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.

Prepare and manage budgets related to operational activities, ensuring cost-effectiveness and financial control.

Oversee the development and implementation of operational policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Provide leadership and support to operational teams, including training, mentoring, and performance management.

Prepare and present reports on operational performance, including key metrics and outcomes, to senior management.

Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to recommend improvements and innovations in operational processes.

YOUR PROFIL

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering (BEng), Business Administration (BA), or a related field.

Experience:

Minimum 20 years of overall experience.

At least 10 years in an operational management role, with a strong track record in overseeing complex projects and service delivery.

Language Skills:

Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

Skills:

Strong leadership and strategic planning skills; excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities; proficiency in operational management tools and MS Office Suite.

Remuneration Package:

This is a local contract with a comprehensive package including:

12-month base salary

Housing allowance and company car

Annual performance-based bonus (up to 20%)
