Job Title: Part-Time Civil 3D Trainer

Location: Doha, Qatar (In-person

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Part-Time Civil 3D Trainer to deliver high-quality training sessions to students and professionals in the field of civil design and drafting. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Autodesk Civil 3D software and practical knowledge of civil engineering design processes, including surveying, grading, road design, and pipe networks.

The trainer will be responsible for developing interactive course content, guiding learners through hands-on exercises, and ensuring that participants acquire the technical proficiency and confidence to apply Civil 3D tools in real-world engineering projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver structured training sessions on Autodesk Civil 3D, covering topics such as surfaces, alignments, profiles, corridors, grading, and pipe networks.
  • Prepare and customize course materials, exercises, and project-based modules as per learner needs.
  • Conduct hands-on sessions demonstrating practical workflows in civil design and drafting.
  • Evaluate participant performance through assignments, assessments, and practical projects.
  • Provide professional guidance and mentorship to help learners gain job-ready skills.
  • Stay updated with the latest versions, tools, and features of Autodesk Civil 3D.
  • Coordinate with academic and operations teams to manage class schedules and feedback.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in Autodesk Civil 3D and related Autodesk software.
  • Solid understanding of civil engineering concepts, including road design, land development, grading, and infrastructure modeling.
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Surveying, or a related field.
  • Prior experience in training, teaching, or mentoring preferred.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse learners.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Autodesk Certified Professional in Civil 3D.
  • Experience with AutoCAD, Revit, or InfraWorks.
  • Industry experience in civil design or infrastructure projects.

Work Schedule:

  • Part-time / Flexible hours (Evening or Weekend sessions).

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: QAR QAR50.00 per week

Expected hours: 35 – 50 per week
