Job Title: Accountant (Real Estate & Taxation Experience Required)

Job Summary

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Accountant with strong experience in real estate accounting, taxation, and the ability to communicate effectively in Hindi. The ideal candidate will manage financial records, support audits, and ensure accuracy in all accounting processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle day-to-day accounting activities including entries, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
  • Maintain and update records related to real estate transactions and property accounts.
  • Prepare, review, and file taxation documents, ensuring compliance with local laws.
  • Assist in month-end and year-end closing procedures.
  • Coordinate with internal departments for financial data and documentation.
  • Prepare financial statements and support audit requirements.
  • Monitor receivables, payables, and cash flow.
  • Communicate clearly with team members and management—Hindi communication is required.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in accounting (real estate experience required).
  • Strong knowledge of taxation processes and compliance.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, ERP systems).
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills.
  • Ability to communicate fluently in Hindi; English communication is an advantage.
  • Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
