Role Description

The Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating visually compelling digital and print content that aligns with Futad's brand identity, including graphics, logos, branding materials, and professional presentations (PowerPoint, PDF, etc.). The role involves conceptualizing and executing design projects in collaboration with the team, producing high-quality visuals for both digital and print mediums, and supporting multimedia production such as photography, videography, photo editing, video editing, and motion graphics. The candidate must stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and creative techniques to deliver fresh, innovative, and contemporary design solutions while ensuring consistency with the company's visual identity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create visually appealing designs for digital and print media, including social media posts, marketing materials, and presentations.
• Design and develop impactful corporate and client presentations (PowerPoint, PDF, Keynote), ensuring clarity, structure, and brand consistency.
• Capture high-quality photographs and video footage for company promotions, campaigns, and product showcases.
• Edit photos and videos to meet brand standards and enhance visual appeal.
• Create motion graphics, effects, and animated elements using Adobe After Effects and related tools.
• Collaborate with writers, marketers, videographers, and project managers to ensure cohesive and strategic designs.
• Strong ability to create video effects and motion graphics using Adobe After Effects or similar tools.
• Design user-friendly interfaces and graphics for digital products (UI/UX), websites, and interactive applications.
• Ensure consistent application of brand guidelines across all creative materials.
• Manage multiple design, photo, and video projects simultaneously with timely delivery.
• Develop creative visual concepts for marketing campaigns, branding, and digital product interfaces.
• Stay updated with new design trends, tools, editing techniques, and digital media innovations.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD or similar tools is a
  big advantage
  for project layouts, plans, and technical design support.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Minimum 3 years of proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio across digital, print, and multimedia work.
• Proficiency in
  Adobe Creative Suite
  (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Strong ability to design professional
  presentations
  (PowerPoint, PDF, Keynote).
• Skilled in
  photography and videography
  , including lighting, framing, and composition.
• Strong experience in
  photo editing and video editing
  (Adobe Premiere Pro or similar).
• Ability to create
  video effects and motion graphics
  (After Effects).
• Experience designing for social media, websites, and marketing materials.
• Familiarity with UI/UX tools such as
  Adobe XD
  or
  Figma
  .
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and project management skills.
• Strong creativity, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD (big advantage).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Multimedia, or related field (Preferred).
• Diploma in Graphic Design or Multimedia (Accepted).
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Sketch, or other design tools.
• Experience in UI/UX design for web or mobile applications.
• Familiarity with prototyping tools (Adobe XD, Figma, Sketch).
• Certification or training in graphic design, motion graphics, UI/UX, photography, or multimedia production.
