Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in day-to-day accounting entries (sales, purchases, expenses, receipts, payments)

  • Maintain records of invoices, ledgers, and supporting documents

  • Reconcile bank statements and vendor accounts

  • Prepare petty cash statements and expense reports

  • Support in monthly closing and financial reporting

  • Assist with employee records filing and payroll data entry

  • Ensure compliance with internal controls and accounting standards

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or related field

  • 1–2 years of experience in a similar role

  • Familiar with accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, ERP)

  • Basic understanding of financial principles and tax regulations

  • Good Excel and communication skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: QAR3,000.00 per month
