Job Responsibilities

  • To develop strategies for local partnerships in line with the organization's goals & vision.
  • To develop & monitor the implementation of local business targeting plans to ensure the achievement of desired outcomes.
  • To monitor & analyze local market developments & businesses' needs to promote successful partnerships.
  • To supervise the preparation of agreements with local businesses & ensure compliance with QRCS's policies & goals.
  • To monitor the implementation phases of agreements & compliance with plans agreed on with partners.
  • To ensure the actual implementation of agreements & resolve any issues that may arise during the process.
  • To monitor regular reports on accomplishment rates in partnership projects & ensure fulfilment of required standards.
  • To analyze obstacles that may face joint projects with local partners & find effective solutions.
  • To submit comprehensive reports to senior management on overall performance & results of partnerships.
  • To represent QRCS in meetings & events with local partners/stakeholders.
  • To build strategic relationships with local businesses & government bodies to strengthen partnerships.
  • To promote the organization & its goals in various meetings related to local partnerships.
  • To manage relations with local partners to ensure sustained & effective collaboration.
  • To build/strengthen trust among local businesses by meeting their needs & working together towards humanitarian goals.
  • To address issues & challenges that may arise in partner relations to ensure continued partnership.
  • To work to develop partnership strategies & achieve sustainable growth in cooperation with local companies.
  • To keep up with trends & opportunities in the local market to ensure the best benefits from partnerships.
  • To regularly evaluate the performance of local partnerships & identify areas that need improvement or development.
  • To perform any other tasks assigned by direct manager within the scope of job responsibilities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Master's degree in nonprofit management, partnership management, project management, or relevant fields preferable.

Requirements

  • +10 years of practical experience in marketing or public relations.
  • Good command of Arabic & English (both spoken & written).
  • Proficient use of Microsoft Office Suite.
