Administrative Officer – Point Junction Rent a Car

Location: Doha, Qatar

Job Type: Full-Time

About Us:

Point Junction Rent a Car is a fast-growing car rental company committed to providing excellent customer service and reliable vehicles. We are looking for a proactive and organized Administrative Officer to join our team and support daily operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage office operations, ensuring smooth workflow and efficient processes.
  • Handle phone calls, emails, and customer inquiries professionally.
  • Maintain and organize company records, files, and databases.
  • Prepare invoices, quotations, and reports as required.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for office and fleet requirements.
  • Assist in preparing documents, and following up on pending tasks.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain confidentiality.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an Administrative Officer, Office Assistant, or similar role.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication skills in English .
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities.
  • Knowledge of basic accounting or car rental industry processes is an advantage.
