Administrative Officer – Point Junction Rent a Car
Location: Doha, Qatar

About Us:
Point Junction Rent a Car is a fast-growing car rental company committed to providing excellent customer service and reliable vehicles. We are looking for a proactive and organized Administrative Officer to join our team and support daily operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage office operations, ensuring smooth workflow and efficient processes.
- Handle phone calls, emails, and customer inquiries professionally.
- Maintain and organize company records, files, and databases.
- Prepare invoices, quotations, and reports as required.
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for office and fleet requirements.
- Assist in preparing documents, and following up on pending tasks.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain confidentiality.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Administrative Officer, Office Assistant, or similar role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication skills in English .
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities.
- Knowledge of basic accounting or car rental industry processes is an advantage.
