Responsibilities:

  • Design, implement, and maintain electrical systems in compliance with relevant standards and project specifications.
  • Conduct site inspections and monitor installation works to ensure compliance with design and safety standards.
  • Prepare load schedules, single-line diagrams (SLDs), and technical documentation.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve electrical system issues during execution or operation.
  • Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and other engineering disciplines.
  • Review and approve electrical shop drawings and material submittals

Quantity Surveyor (QS) – Experienced

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare BOQs, cost estimates, and tender documents based on drawings and specifications.
  • Conduct cost analysis, feasibility studies, and value engineering assessments.
  • Evaluate subcontractor quotations and assist in procurement processes.
  • Monitor project budgets and provide cost control throughout project execution.
  • Prepare interim payment applications, variation orders, and final accounts.
  • Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and clients on financial matters.
  • Maintain up-to-date records of all contractual and cost-related documents.

Draughtsman (Electrical/MEP) – Experienced

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare detailed shop drawings, coordination drawings, and as-built drawings as per project requirements.
  • Ensure drawings comply with standards, project specifications, and consultant guidelines.
  • Modify and update drawings based on markups, site changes, or client comments.
  • Coordinate with engineers and site teams to gather drawing input and resolve discrepancies.
  • Manage CAD files and drawing logs in an organized manner.
  • Support design and documentation needs of the engineering department.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: QAR3, QAR5,000.00 per month
