Job Description: Digital Marketing and Graphic Design Specialist

StudyPlus Qatar is hiring a full-time Digital Marketing and Graphic Design Specialist with IT support experience for its Doha office. The role combines creative design, social media management, marketing campaign development, and technical support responsibilities, with a focus on enhancing the company's digital presence and operational efficiency.

StudyPlus Qatar is a premium education center offering tailored tutoring, exam preparation, and individualized study plans for students following international curricula. The center provides small group courses led by expert tutors to boost academic skills, improve grades, and support university admissions in a dynamic, inclusive environment.

StudyPlus Qatar is seeking a resourceful and innovative Graphic Designer & Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. IT support experience will be considered an advantage.

Responsibilities:

  • Create visually captivating graphics for both digital and print media.
  • Oversee and expand our social media presence across Facebook, Instagram, Google, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
  • Develop engaging content and execute digital marketing campaigns.
  • Analyze social media trends and metrics to improve performance.
  • Collaborate with management to ensure brand consistency and strategic alignment.
  • Offer IT support for desktops, laptops, printers, and related equipment.
  • Diagnose and resolve basic hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Demonstrate foundational knowledge of networking and CCTV systems.

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years' proven experience in graphic design and social media marketing.
  • Proficient with Google Ads, Meta Ads, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, or equivalent tools.
  • Experience using various social media platforms and content creation utilities.
  • Strong creativity and communication skills.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional certification preferred.
  • Valid QID and transferable visa/NOC.
  • Solid IT and troubleshooting abilities.
  • Immediate joining required.
