Key Responsibilities

  • Operate CNC machines such as CNC lathe, milling, or turning centers as assigned.

  • Load raw materials and set up tools, fixtures, and workpieces.

  • Adjust machine parameters to ensure accurate production.

  • Interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and machining instructions.

  • Monitor machining processes and make alignment or speed adjustments as needed.

  • Measure and inspect finished parts using calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other instruments.

  • Maintain tight tolerances and ensure high-quality output.



Requirements
Experience

  • 2–5 years of experience as a CNC Machine Operator.

  • Knowledge of Fanuc, Siemens, Haas, or similar CNC control systems.

  • Certificate or diploma in Mechanical/Production engineering or relevant field.

  • Hands-on experience operating CNC machines (Lathe/Milling/Turning).

  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.

  • Knowledge of cutting tools, machining parameters, and measurement instruments.
