JOB OPENING: QUANTITY SURVEYOR – MECHANICAL (ELECTROMECHANICAL)

Location: Qatar

Availability: Must be locally available with valid transferable Qatar ID

Joining: Immediate to 1-month notice

We are looking for a qualified Quantity Surveyor – Mechanical (Electromechanical) to join our team.

Requirements:

· Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying

· Minimum 3–5 years of relevant MEP Quantity Surveying experience in building & construction projects (mandatory)

· Strong understanding of standard methods of measurement

· Solid knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and firefighting systems in building & construction projects

· Experience in preparing BOQs, pre-tender take-off, and excellent coordination skills

· Must be locally available in Qatar with a valid transferable Qatar ID

· Able to join immediately or within 1 month
