Document Controller
who is
available to join immediately
to manage and control all project documentation in accordance with company procedures and client requirements. The role requires a detail-oriented professional who can support project teams by ensuring accurate document flow, version control, and timely distribution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage, track, and maintain all project documents, drawings, and correspondence
  • Ensure proper version control, filing, and document distribution
  • Maintain document registers, transmittals, and records
  • Coordinate with project teams, consultants, and subcontractors
  • Assist with audits and project close-out documentation

Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • Minimum
    3 years' experience
    as a Document Controller in construction or engineering projects
  • Proficient in MS Office and EDMS (Aconex/SharePoint preferred)
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Immediate joiner is mandatory
