Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Cluster Sales Manager to drive revenue growth across multiple 4-star hotel properties. The role focuses on corporate, MICE, and banquet sales while building strong client relationships and achieving revenue targets.

Salary Scale QAR 7000- QAR 10000

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and grow room, banquet, and MICE sales for assigned hotel cluster

Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve budgeted targets

Handle key corporate, TA, and OTA accounts

Conduct sales calls, site inspections, and client negotiations

Coordinate with revenue and operations teams on pricing and inventory

Monitor market trends and competitor activity

Prepare sales reports and forecasts

Requirements:

3–6 years of hotel sales experience (4-star or above preferred)

Proven track record in corporate and MICE sales

Strong negotiation and communication skills

Ability to manage multiple properties

Proficiency in MS Office and hotel systems
