Cluster Company WLL is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Arabic IT Sales Engineer to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will have a technical background in ELV /ICT and AV systems and a passion for sales. You will be responsible for identifying customer needs, providing techno-commercial solutions, and driving revenue by promoting and selling ELV/ICT and AV solutions including CCTV, Access Control, Public Address, Structured Cabling, Data center solutions, Networking , WIFI solutions and other low voltage systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Prepare and deliver technical presentations explaining products or services to customers and prospective clients.
- Conduct site surveys and provide appropriate solutions based on customer requirements.
- Generate and follow up on sales leads, prepare quotations, and negotiate contracts and pricing.
- Coordinate with the design and engineering team to develop project proposals and technical submittals.
- Stay up-to-date with market trends, new technologies, and competitor activities.
- Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs.
- Vendor Management
- Close coordination with the ELV/ICT and AV Vendors in the market.
- Strong communications skill
- Provide after-sales support and resolve client issues in coordination with the service team.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in electrical/Electronics/Telecommunication Engineering or a related field.
- 2–3 years of experience in ELV system sales or engineering (e.g., CCTV, Fire Alarm, Access Control, BMS, etc.).
- Strong technical knowledge of ELV systems and related standards.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Valid Qatar driver's license
- Fluency in English and Arabic languages
