Job Overview

We are seeking a Social Media & Ads Manager to manage social media operations and paid advertising for multiple clients. This role focuses on
planning, scheduling, media buying, and community management
, while collaborating closely with our creative production team. The candidate will
not be responsible for content creation
, but will oversee execution and performance.

Key ResponsibilitiesSocial Media Management & Planning

  • Prepare and manage monthly social media content calendars
  • Schedule and publish approved content across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.)
  • Coordinate with graphic designers, filmmakers, and editors to ensure content is delivered on time
  • Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and campaign objectives

Community Management

  • Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions
  • Engage with audiences to maintain brand voice and reputation
  • Escalate complex inquiries or issues to the appropriate team or client
  • Monitor community feedback and sentiment

Paid Advertising & Media Buying

  • Plan, launch, and manage paid advertising campaigns across social platforms
  • Handle audience targeting, budgeting, and campaign structure
  • Monitor and optimize ads for performance (leads, sales, reach, engagement)
  • Collaborate with the creative team on ad formats and requirements

Reporting & Optimization

  • Track and analyze social media and ad performance metrics
  • Prepare reports and insights for internal teams and clients
  • Recommend optimizations based on data and performance trends

Requirements

  • Proven experience in social media management and media buying
  • Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and/or other paid platforms
  • Experience using scheduling and social media management tools
  • Experience working with creative teams (designers, video editors, filmmakers)
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple client accounts

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a marketing agency
  • Understanding of social media algorithms and ad policies
  • Basic knowledge of content performance metrics and funnels
