Overview

We are seeking a highly organized, creative, and client-focused Social Media Account Manager to lead the planning, execution, and optimization of social media strategies for our clients. The ideal candidate will manage daily communication with clients, oversee content production, and ensure that all deliverables are aligned with brand objectives and agency standards.

Key Responsibilities

Client & Account Management:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
  • Maintain strong client relationships through clear communication, timely updates, and strategic guidance.
  • Understand client goals and translate them into actionable social media plans.
  • Prepare monthly reports, performance reviews, and insights presentations.

Social Media Strategy & Planning:

  • Develop comprehensive social media strategies tailored to each client.
  • Plan monthly content calendars aligned with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
  • Monitor industry trends and provide recommendations to enhance brand presence.

Content Creation & Coordination:

  • Coordinate with designers, photographers, videographers, and copywriters to ensure high-quality deliverables.
  • Oversee content production, ensuring consistency and timely delivery.
  • Write or review captions, briefs, and creative directions when needed.

Performance & Analytics:

  • Track analytics across all platforms and optimize performance based on data.
  • Identify growth opportunities and propose new campaigns or content ideas.
  • Ensure KPIs are met across engagement, reach, and conversions.

Campaign Management:

  • Manage social media campaigns including paid ads (optional if agency handles).
  • Collaborate with the marketing team on influencer partnerships, events, and special activations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience managing social media accounts (agency experience preferred).
  • Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
  • Excellent communication, writing, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple clients and meet deadlines under pressure.
  • Basic knowledge of paid ads is a plus.
