Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain all company IT systems, hardware, and software
  • Provide technical support to office staff and site teams (computers, printers, network, emails, etc.)
  • Set up and maintain company computers, servers, and network systems
  • Manage data backups, system security, and user access
  • Troubleshoot IT issues and provide timely solutions
  • Coordinate with external IT vendors and service providers when needed
  • Maintain IT inventory and documentation
  • Support construction-related software
  • Ensure system updates, antivirus protection, and cybersecurity best practices
  • Assist management with IT planning and improvements

Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
  • Proven experience as an IT Officer, IT Administrator, or similar role
  • Knowledge of computer hardware, networks, servers, and office IT systems
  • Familiarity with construction or engineering software is an advantage
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
  • Good communication and organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in a construction or engineering company
  • Knowledge of cloud services, data security, and backup systems
  • Basic understanding of CCTV, access control, and site connectivity
