Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Graphic Artist and Social Media Coordinator located in Doha. The individual will be responsible for creating visual content for diverse communication channels and managing social media accounts. Key responsibilities include creating high-quality graphics and layouts, coordinating with different departments, and developing and implementing social media strategies to enhance engagement and brand presence. The role also involves monitoring social media trends, analyzing performance metrics, and engaging with the online community.

Qualifications

  • Graphic Design, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) skills
  • Social Media Management, Content Creation, Social Media Strategy skills
  • Strong communication and collaboration abilities
  • Experience in coordinating with multiple departments to gather content and information
  • Analytical skills to monitor and interpret social media metrics
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, or related field
  • Experience in a similar role is a plus

Key Responsibilities

Graphic Design (50%) 

·      

Design marketing material including brochures, presentations, project data sheets, technical reports, infographics, case studies, proposals, and banners. 

·      

Create visual content for digital platforms, including static and animated graphics.

. Ensure brand consistency across all materials, adhering to corporate branding guidelines. 

·      

Collaborate with teams to visualize technical concepts and data. 

·      

Edit photos, enhance renderings, and assist in layout design for documentation and publications. 

Social Media Coordination (50%) 

·      Update and maintain Company's website.

·      

Develop, schedule, and publish content across social media platforms

·      

Coordinate campaigns to promote company achievements, projects, staff highlights, and events. 

·      

Monitor engagement metrics and suggest improvements based on performance analytics. 

·      Stay up-to-date with trends in engineering, construction, and design to create relevant content.

·      

Respond to comments and inquiries in a professional and timely manner.  

Skills

·      

Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects). 

.
Familiar with social media scheduling tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Meta Business Suite). 

·      

Strong understanding of branding, layout, and typography. 

·     Basic knowledge of video editing is a plus.

·      

Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 

. Familiarity with design, engineering and architectural terminology
