We are currently seeking a
Senior Financial Analyst
to join a leading real estate and investment organization, providing financial insights and strategic support across development, asset management, and property operations.

Chief Accountant

Key Responsibilities

Financial Planning & Analysis

  • Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of all outputs.
  • Conduct variance analysis and support decision-making with actionable financial insights.
  • Develop, maintain, and refine budget and long-term forecast models, including scenario planning.

Data Management & Validation

  • Collect, validate, and analyze financial and operational data from multiple sources.
  • Ensure accuracy and reliability of data for reporting and strategic analysis.

Business & Performance Analysis

  • Provide detailed analysis of business performance, trends, risks, and opportunities across assets and projects.
  • Track KPIs and generate dashboards for management and executive review.

Reporting & Stakeholder Communication

  • Prepare and present comprehensive management reports, business cases, and executive packs.
  • Communicate findings clearly to senior leadership and cross-functional teams.

Process & System Optimization

  • Recommend and implement improvements to budgeting, reporting, and analytical processes.
  • Maintain ERP systems, budget databases, and BI tools; support automation and digital initiatives.

Governance & Controls

  • Ensure adherence to internal controls, company policies, and governance standards.
  • Support audits and compliance reviews as needed.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with Asset Management, Project Development, and Operations teams to deliver financial insights.
  • Take ownership of initiatives and support strategic decision-making across departments.

Minimum Requirements

  • 3–5+ years of experience, with
    3+ years in FP&A, real estate, or investment analysis
    .
  • Proven exposure to real estate development, asset management, or property operations.
  • Solid knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
  • Strong ERP and BI tool proficiency (Power BI, advanced Excel: Power Query, Power Pivot).
  • Familiarity with IFRS or local GAAP, valuation standards, and bank covenant metrics.
  • Experience handling large datasets and generating actionable reporting.
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving ability.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
  • Collaborative, proactive, and results-driven mindset.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
  • Master's degree, CPA, or CFA designation is a plus.
  • Preferred: Experience in Big 4 transaction services or audit for real estate, or direct investment/asset management exposure.
