We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Senior Financial Analyst with 10–15 years of proven experience at a senior executive level to join our dynamic team. This is a strategic role responsible for overseeing cash management, driving financial insight, and supporting key decision-making across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee cash management policies, procedures, and systems to improve cash flow visibility and reporting.
  • Conduct in-depth financial analysis, including forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis to support strategic decisions.
  • Assist in manual budget preparation and monitor adherence, identifying areas for cost optimization.
  • Develop performance metrics and KPIs to assess the company's financial health.
  • Prepare and present concise financial reports to senior management, highlighting trends and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate across departments to support data-driven business strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Finance or a related field; CMA certification highly preferred
  • Minimum 10–15 years of experience in a senior-level finance role, ideally within a holding company environment
  • Strong command of English (both written and verbal)
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Advanced skills in financial modeling and reporting
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
  • Must have a valid transferable Qatar ID
  • Must be available to join immediately
