Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based at Zen & Tonic Bar in The Westin Doha Hotel & Spa, Doha, Qatar. As an F&B Service Expert, the role involves providing exceptional customer service by taking orders, serving food and beverages, maintaining a clean and organized work environment, and ensuring all guests have an enjoyable dining experience. The role also includes recommending menu options, addressing guest inquiries, and collaborating closely with kitchen and bar teams to deliver high-quality food and drink offerings.

Qualifications

  • Strong Food Service and Food & Beverage knowledge
  • Exceptional Customer Service and Communication skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to create a welcoming guest experience
  • Teamwork abilities and flexibility to work various shifts
  • Previous experience in food and beverage service is an advantage
  • Familiarity with hospitality service standards is a plus
