Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Doha, Qatar, for a Sales Executive specializing in freight forwarding. The Sales Executive will focus on identifying and pursuing new business opportunities to expand the client base, maintaining relationships with existing customers, and meeting sales targets. Daily responsibilities include preparing proposals, providing logistics solutions, and delivering exceptional service to clients. The role also involves collaborating with key stakeholders to coordinate shipments across air, sea, and land, as well as resolving customer inquiries efficiently.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales, business development, and client relationship management within the freight forwarding or logistics industry
  • Knowledge of freight operations, including air, sea, and land transportation processes and regulations
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with customers and partners
  • Proficiency in logistics software, CRM tools, and Microsoft Office applications
  • Ability to analyze market trends and develop strategies to meet sales targets
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Arabic or any additional language is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field is preferred
