Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Cleaning & Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of our cleaning staff, ensuring that all tasks are completed to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and manage a team of cleaning and housekeeping staff.
  • Schedule and assign cleaning tasks to team members.
  • Ensure all cleaning activities are carried out to the highest standards.
  • Conduct regular inspections of facilities to ensure cleanliness and compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Train new staff members on cleaning procedures and company standards.
  • Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.
  • Drive company vehicles to various job sites as needed.
  • Handle customer complaints and ensure prompt resolution.
  • Prepare and submit reports on cleaning activities and staff performance.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Cleaning or Housekeeping Supervisor.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies.
  • Ability to handle physical work and operate cleaning machinery.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
