We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented
Learning & Development Officer
to join our team in Doha, Qatar. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying training needs, managing learning programs, and ensuring effective execution of development initiatives that enhance organizational performance and employee growth.

Key Responsibilities:


• Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and develop annual training calendars.


• Coordinate with vendors, venues, and facilitators for training delivery.


• Manage logistics, materials, and communications for learning programs.


• Track attendance, feedback, and post-training effectiveness.


• Maintain Learning Management System (LMS) records and issue completion certificates.


• Support onboarding and orientation programs for new hires.


• Prepare and present L&D reports and dashboards for management review.


• Manage training budgets, purchase orders, and vendor payments.


• Promote and communicate learning initiatives across the organization.

Requirements:


• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.


• 3–5 years of proven experience in Learning & Development or HR training functions.


• Strong coordination and project management skills.


• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.


• Proficiency in MS Office and experience with LMS platforms.
