We are seeking a creative and versatile
Photo & Video Content Creator with a strong visual sense and foundational design skills
. Working closely with the marketing and design teams, this role is responsible for producing, editing, and managing high-quality photo and video content across digital, social, and print channels. The ideal candidate combines hands-on production skills with a basic understanding of graphic design and familiarity with modern AI-based creative tools to maintain a cohesive and forward-looking brand identity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, shoot, and edit engaging photo and video content for social media, digital

campaigns, and events

  • Support the design team with graphic layouts and branded visuals
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to build a content calendar and ensure consistent

visual storytelling

  • Perform post-production editing using Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and

Lightroom

  • Retouch and color-grade images in Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom
  • Create simple motion graphics or typography animations when needed
  • Maintain an organized archive of digital assets, file naming, and content libraries
  • Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and visual identity
  • Occasionally assist with on-site events

Preferred Skills & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) in photography, videography, media

production, or graphic design

  • Proven experience in producing digital content for marketing or social media
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Lightroom, Illustrator, Premiere Pro,

After Effects

  • Familiarity with AI-driven creative tools such as Sora 2, Runway, Firefly, or Midjourney is

a strong advantage

  • Strong sense of visual composition, lighting, and storytelling
  • Basic understanding of typography and layout principles
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
  • Experience with 360° photography is a plus

Working Conditions

  • Flexible schedule required for specific shoots, including evenings or weekends
  • Must be comfortable working both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced
