Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Social Media Content Creator, located in Doha, Qatar. The Social Media Content Creator will be responsible for developing, creating, and managing content across various social media platforms. The role involves daily tasks such as creating engaging posts, planning social media calendars, collaborating with the design team, and analyzing metrics to develop data-driven strategies. The Social Media Content Creator will also engage with the online community and respond to comments and inquiries.

Key Responsibilities

  • Capture
    high-quality photos and videos
     using a Smart Phone for daily use on social media.
  • Create content that aligns with our brand tone, audience, and current trends.
  • Enhance video and photo content for multiple platforms.
  • Stay up-to-date on social media trends and incorporate them into content creation.
  • Organize and manage digital media files for easy access and use.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and social media team to plan and execute content ideas.
  • Develop and Execute Video Content Strategies.
  • Create Interactive and Engaging Content.
  • Content Testing and A/B Optimization.
  • Ensure Accessibility and Inclusivity in Content.
  • Develop and Maintain a Social Media Content Calendar.
  • Manage and Report on Campaign Success and Analytics.
  • Provide Social Media Strategy Input for New Campaigns.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Social Media Management, Content Creation, and Digital Marketing.
  • Experience in Developing Social Media Strategies and Analyzing Metrics.
  • Graphic Design and Video Editing skills.
  • Strong Communication and Interpersonal skills.
  • Creativity and the ability to develop engaging content for various platforms.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Previous experience in a similar role is a plus.
