Job Responsibilities

1. Support Project Manager in progressing, governing and stewarding Project deliverables as per required quality and within approved timeline.

2. Consult with assigned functional SMEs for Business functions across the Company to implement project scope.

3. Facilitate requirement gathering workshop and draft blueprint and design documents with inputs from functional SMEs and IT.

4. Provide solution design inputs and analytics structure for Operations Groups with focus on enhanced User experience.

5. Perform testing of the dashboards and reports developed to ensure delivered solution meets business requirements and quality.

6. Stewardship of changes in the solution identified as part of UAT, Data Validation & Post Go-live Support for a timely closure.

7. Perform User Communications and trainings to improve User experience accessing KPIs, reports and dashboards.

Experience:

1. Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in a working / consulting within Oil and Gas industry within which 5 years of experience focused on Business Analysis / Business Process Management role.

2. Familiarity with User-centered design principles, process transformation, and data analytics.

3. Experience on projects relating to Analytics, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning or Digital Transformation will be of added value.
