We are seeking a Public Relations Manager to develop, coordinate, and implement our PR strategy to enhance our brand image and strengthen stakeholder relationships. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker, an excellent communicator, and a skilled leader who can manage PR campaigns, media relations, and internal communications effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement PR strategies, programs, and policies to achieve a positive corporate image.
  • Ensure all marketing and communication materials align with company standards and brand messaging.
  • Strengthen relationships with external stakeholders, government entities, and internal teams.
  • Design initiatives to maintain a positive public perception of the organization.
  • Manage information dissemination through appropriate channels in line with organizational objectives.
  • Monitor and evaluate PR campaigns, media coverage, and advertising for effectiveness.
  • Draft speeches, arrange executive interviews, and act as a communication liaison.
  • Lead and supervise the PR team, ensuring alignment with company goals.
  • Advise on communications implications for organizational plans and strategies.
  • Prepare, manage, and monitor the PR department budget.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing for content planning and distribution.
  • Support HSE initiatives and participate in safety awareness programs.

Required Skills & Knowledge:

  • In-depth understanding of PR principles, strategies, and best practices.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building abilities.
  • Crisis management expertise.
  • Analytical mindset to evaluate PR metrics and campaign performance.
  • ERP knowledge, preferably SAP functional skills.
