We are seeking a motivated Indoor Sales & Operations Executive / Cost Estimator to join our expanding sales team in Qatar. The ideal candidate will be fluent in English (Arabic is a plus), highly skilled in Excel, and capable of handling both operational and client-facing responsibilities with professionalism. This role is central to managing inventory, preparing accurate printing quotations, and ensuring smooth communication with clients across WhatsApp, phone, and walk-ins.

Key Responsibilities

  • Inventory management: Monitor, update, and maintain stock levels to support sales and production needs.
  • Client handling: Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries via WhatsApp, phone, and walk-in visits.
  • Pricing preparation: Create and calculate accurate printing quotations, ensuring competitive and error-free pricing.
  • Documentation: Prepare and manage quotations, invoices, and production records.
  • Software utilization: Work confidently with Google Sheets, Excel, Notion, and YoPrint to streamline workflows.
  • Collaboration: Coordinate with the production team to ensure accurate scheduling and delivery.
  • Reporting: Support sales operations with timely updates and client relationship management.
  • Continuous improvement: Contribute to process enhancements in inventory, pricing, and client communication.

Requirements

  • Language: English fluency required; Arabic proficiency preferred.
  • Residency: Valid Qatar residency/visa.
  • Essentials: Active bank account; valid driving license preferred.
  • Technical Skills: Strong mathematical ability; expert-level Excel/Google Sheets (formulas, pivot tables, trackers, reporting).
  • Software Skills: Familiarity with Notion and YoPrint preferred.
  • Personal Attributes: Strong communication skills, client-focused, detail-oriented, organized, and proactive.
  • Work Style: Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: QAR3, QAR3,500.00 per month
