About the Role

We are seeking a motivated Indoor Sales Executive to join our production department in Qatar. The ideal candidate will be fluent in English (Arabic is a plus), highly skilled in Excel, and capable of handling client-facing responsibilities with professionalism. This role is central to managing quotations, invoices, and production trackers while ensuring smooth communication with walk-in clients and the production team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and manage quotations, invoices, and production documentation.
  • Create and maintain production trackers in Excel (advanced proficiency required).
  • Handle walk-in clients and respond to inquiries with professionalism.
  • Coordinate with the production team to ensure accurate scheduling and delivery.
  • Support sales operations with timely reporting and client relationship management.
  • Provide after-sales support and follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction.
  • Contribute to process improvements in sales and production tracking.

Requirements

  • Language: English fluency required; Arabic proficiency preferred.
  • Residency: Valid Qatar residency/visa.
  • Essentials: Active bank account; valid driving license preferred.
  • Technical Skills: Expert-level Excel (pivot tables, formulas, trackers, reporting).
  • Personal Attributes: Strong communication, client-handling skills, detail-oriented, organized, and proactive.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: QAR3,500.00 per month
