Job Overview

As the Manager of Air Traffic Intelligence at Aviate Pro ME LLC, you will lead a specialized team responsible for gathering, analyzing, and disseminating critical air traffic intelligence to support safe and efficient flight operations across the Middle East, North America, South Asia, and Africa. This role is pivotal in integrating real-time data, predictive analytics, and regulatory compliance to optimize air traffic flow, mitigate risks, and enhance operational performance for our clients. Based in the vibrant city of Doha, Qatar, you will collaborate with international aviation authorities, airlines, and internal stakeholders to drive strategic initiatives in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Intelligence Management:
  Oversee the collection, analysis, and interpretation of air traffic data from various sources, including radar systems, satellite feeds, and global aviation databases. Develop actionable intelligence reports on traffic patterns, potential disruptions, and emerging threats such as weather anomalies or geopolitical factors across multiple regions.
• Team Leadership:
  Manage and mentor a team of intelligence analysts and coordinators, fostering a collaborative culture focused on accuracy, innovation, and continuous improvement. Conduct performance reviews, provide training, and ensure team adherence to best practices.
• Strategic Planning:
  Collaborate with senior leadership at our California headquarters to formulate air traffic intelligence strategies that align with company goals. Identify opportunities for process enhancements, such as implementing AI-driven predictive models for traffic forecasting.
• Stakeholder Coordination:
  Liaise with air traffic control centers, regulatory bodies (e.g., ICAO, FAA, regional authorities in the Middle East, South Asia, and Africa), and client airlines to share intelligence insights and coordinate responses to operational challenges. Represent the company in industry forums and working groups.
• Risk Assessment and Compliance:
  Conduct thorough risk evaluations related to air traffic scenarios, ensuring all intelligence activities comply with international aviation standards and local Qatari regulations. Develop contingency plans for high-impact events like airspace closures or system failures.
• Technology Integration:
  Evaluate and integrate new tools and software for air traffic monitoring, data visualization, and intelligence sharing. Stay abreast of advancements in aviation technology to maintain a competitive edge across our operational regions.
• Reporting and Documentation:
  Prepare detailed reports, dashboards, and presentations for executive review at our California headquarters. Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as response times to intelligence alerts and accuracy of predictions.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Education and Certifications:
  Bachelor's degree in Aviation Management, Aerospace Engineering, or a related field (Master's preferred). Must hold either an Airline Transport Pilot License (ATPL) or an Aircraft Dispatcher License.
• Experience:
  Minimum of 8 years of professional experience in aviation operations, air traffic management, or intelligence analysis, preferably with exposure to the Middle East, North America, South Asia, or Africa. Proven track record in leadership roles within the aviation industry.
• Skills:
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., GIS software, aviation-specific databases).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder engagement across diverse regions.
• Knowledge of international aviation regulations, airspace management, and risk assessment methodologies.
• Ability to work under pressure in a 24/7 operational environment.
• Fluency in English; Arabic, Hindi, or other regional languages are a plus.
• Other:
  Willingness to relocate to Doha, Qatar. Must pass background checks and security clearances as required by aviation authorities.
