The Cutting Studio is looking for a Arabic Speaker,
Studio Coordinator / Admin
to support daily studio operations, client coordination, and administrative follow-up in a fast-paced creative environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the first point of contact for clients (walk-ins, calls, emails)
  • Coordinate client appointments, fittings, consultations, and studio visits
  • Support daily studio operations and front-desk organization
  • Prepare and manage administrative documents (delivery notes, client forms, records)
  • Support inventory tracking, petty cash follow-up, and supplier coordination
  • Monitor basic maintenance, cleaning routines, and studio readiness
  • Assist with workshop logistics and internal studio activities
  • Support communication between design, production, and management teams

Profile

  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Experience in administration, coordination, or studio/retail environments
  • Comfortable in a creative, detail-oriented setting
  • Proactive, structured, and reliable
